This Custom built house drafted by OSBAC was built with sustainability in mind, using passive solar design, Kingspan under slab foam insulation, polished concrete floors, 5kw solar panels, solar gas boosted hot water system and Earth wool insulation to all the external and internal walls. The exterior of the home is finished in a Silvertop Ash Shiplap cladding, with a fantastic use of Cemintel Urban edge material that creates a bold structural edge, running from the front entry, right down the internal hallway to the rear of the house.
