Medical Centre

This 4 bedroom house was located on a main road which we converted into a Medical Centre.

The original house was in a poor condition, we had to level the floor, replace all of the windows, replace all of the weatherboards and then install a fully functional reception office & waiting room. This also included a new kitchen, installation of disability toilets, 2x Safety Ramps for access & egress and conversion of the garden into a car park.

We also had to re-wire the house, as the property was a residential site, which was converted into a commercial site, incorporating data points, fire alarms , a security system, & exit signs. Extensive plumbing was also required for the drainage of the carpark.
