OSBAC is a building and construction company located in Ocean Grove Victoria. Director, Simon Mathieson, has over 30 years industry experience as a carpenter/builder across both Victoria & NSW, with a disciplined approach and broad knowledge of other trades including; Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Tiling, Landscaping, Roofing, Concreting and Bricklaying. In the interest of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, OSBAC is dedicated to an ongoing learning approach through regular professional workshops.

Building and residing in Ocean Grove for the last 17 years, OSBAC has gained a solid understanding of the growth potential and activity of the local and coastal market, predominantly working across the Bellarine Peninsula.
